The Browning Hi-Power is based on a design by John Browning, and Dieudonne Saive of Belgium. The Hi-Power is one of the most widely used military pistols of all time. It has been used by the military of over 50 countries. Pull the slide back and release and the tight working action snaps the slide back into place leaving the trigger and hammer in a cocked position. Pull the trigger and the hammer falls, just like the original.
